Basic CNN Model for Classification of Brain Tumor MRI Scans
Description: Developed a multiclass deep learning model to classify brain tumor MRI scans into four categories using baseline CNN and MobileNetV2 (Transfer Learning). Implemented an end-to-end pipeline including data preprocessing, model training, and performance evaluation. Visualized model decision-making regions using Grad-CAM to ensure explainability.

o  Light-Guided GABAergic Modulation Using UPCNs
Description: Designed a theoretical framework for non-invasive neuromodulation using collimated NIR light targeting the olfactory nerve pathway. Synthesized interdisciplinary literature on biophotonics and neurotechnology to propose a novel approach for epilepsy control.
Course: Fundamentals of Bioengineering – BENG101
Keywords: Non-invasive neuromodulation, collimated NIR light, olfactory nerve pathway, epilepsy control
